## The challenge

Sanvt, which aspired to establish a premium online presence, was held back by the limitations of the WooCommerce platform, lacking scalability and a suitable ecosystem for its growth. Its online store didn't fully reflect its high-quality brand, making customer acquisition difficult. It also lacked key customer communication and retention tools, negatively impacting sales. Returns management was also inefficient, potentially impacting customer satisfaction. These issues combined limited Sanvt's ability to fully realize its e-commerce potential.

## What we delivered

We addressed Sanvt's e-commerce limitations by migrating their platform from WooCommerce to the scalable Shopify platform. We also implemented a custom theme designed in Figma to enhance their brand and user experience. We also integrated Klaviyo flows for targeted customer communication and developed a dedicated returns portal, proprietary apps, and a custom theme to streamline processes and increase customer satisfaction. This comprehensive solution provides Sanvt with a robust, high-quality, and efficient e-commerce platform.
