The challenge

Due to a restrictive subscription-based theme template and poorly hard-coded functionality for its custom pergola, PERGOLUX faced significant limitations. These hampered its ability to effectively showcase its products, update its website, and increase conversion rates. The outdated design and difficult maintenance of the old website no longer reflected the premium brand image PERGOLUX was striving for.

What we delivered

We initially supported PERGOLUX by creating customized sections and optimizing the speed of their existing website. As their needs grew, they opted for a complete redesign combined with our custom theme. We developed the new design, aligned the product page for the custom pergola with the new branding, and provided strategic feedback throughout the implementation. Additionally, we developed a custom app to streamline the pergola ordering process. This allows shop managers to complete orders more efficiently and improve overall conversion rates. Finally, we rolled out the new theme to all their shops and continue to support them with ongoing improvements based on A/B testing. This ensures the website is always optimized for performance, design consistency, and growth.
